Geographic Arboretum Tervuren

The Geographical Arboretum of Tervuren covers approximately 120 ha in a part of the Sonian Forest belonging to the Royal Donation. It is a representation of a number of forest types and the division into 40 groups zooms in on specific regions with a temperate climate. The arboretum was planted in 1902 to the design of Professor Charles Bommer.
